Ike for trainers

What happens to your work and your clients’ data

Ike is a fitness assistant that runs your plan with your clients between sessions. Before you put a client on it, here are the straight answers.

Your programming stays yours

The programs, protocols, rules and messages you write in Ike serve your clients and no one else. We don’t use them to train AI models, we don’t sell them, and no other trainer or gym sees them without your written permission.

One thing is shared, and we say so: an exercise you add by name joins Ike’s exercise library, the way a word joins a dictionary. How you program it stays yours.

Your clients’ chat is private from you. Their profile is not.

What a client tells Ike in chat, you don’t see: not the messages, and not the notes Ike takes from them.

What you do see: their profile, including the injuries, health conditions and health notes they enter; their plans and every workout they log, including workouts they import from Apple Health; messages they send you; and any fact they choose to share with you from What Ike knows.

Your clients read the same answer, in the same words, on our FAQ.

If a client leaves, their data goes with them

A client’s account is theirs. If they stop training with you, their plans, workout history and what Ike knows about them stay in their account, and they can keep using Ike on their own. Your access to their account ends when they’re unlinked.

Safety first, then your plan

Ike will not tell a client to do something that would harm them, whoever asked. Below that line, Ike follows your plan over its own judgment: if you program barbell bench where Ike would have picked dumbbells, your client sees the barbell.

There’s no self-serve signup. Your setup is the demo.

Ike runs your programming, so there’s nothing to try until yours is in it. On a short call, your own template goes into Ike while you watch. Leave your details and you’ll hear back within a day.
